In the end, they came out really really good. They are just the right about of crunchy and soft, and the semi-sweet & dark chocolate chip cookies melt in your mouth. Instructions
The cupcakes didn't turn out as well in the end. The cupcakes were doughy, and the frosting we made was very buttery and runny. We had extra heavy whipping cream and tried to make frosting, but for some reason the whipping cream didn't even turn into whipping cream. More like sugary butter. We decided not to sell these. Maybe next time we can find a different recipe to try them again.
