On the 6th day of baking intersession, my bakery 'Bakeology' and I made triple chocolate chip cookies & caramel cupcakes. Below is the recipe for the Triple Chocolate Chip Cookies: TRIPLE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES INGREDIENTS

The cupcakes didn't turn out as well in the end. The cupcakes were doughy, and the frosting we made was very buttery and runny. We had extra heavy whipping cream and tried to make frosting, but for some reason the whipping cream didn't even turn into whipping cream. More like sugary butter. We decided not to sell these. Maybe next time we can find a different recipe to try them again.
Our second day was focused purely on muffins & mini loaves. Our group signed up to bake zucchini bread. The first step was to combine all wet ingredients, which include eggs, sugar, oil, and vanilla. Our goal during the first day of intersession was to make the cookies each group was assigned to. The options were snickerdoodles, brownie cookies, oatmeal cookies, molasses cookies, chocolate chip cookies, peanut butter cookies, and sugar cookies. My group was assigned to make peanut butter cookies Our first step was to mix the butter, margarine, peanut butter, sugar, brown sugar, and egg together. We cut the recipe in half so that the classroom wouldn't be overrun with cookies. |
